Appointments Policy
Please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or require full payment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or be treated as a missed session. Requests to reschedule within 7 days of the appointment are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Payment Policy

 50% Deposit is required at time of booking with the remainder paid after your appointment. Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable unless rescheduled with proper notice. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and booking confirmation is received. 

Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and store all patient information securely. Your data will only be shared with your consent or to coordinate medical care.

Health & Safety

We follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols. Patients with contagious conditions may need to reschedule for the safety of staff and other patients.

Medical Disclosure / Consultation

Please provide accurate health information. Treatments are based on this information, and patients may be referred to a GP or dermatologist if rerquired.

Treatment Policy

Consultations and treatments are personalised. Results vary. Treatments may include tailored formulations in collaboration with a compounding chemist for conditions such as alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, androgenetic alopecia, and inflammatory scalp disorders.

Children / Minors

Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some treatments may not be suitable for minors.
