Appointments Policy

Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of your deposit or full fees. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment or be treated as a missed session.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at booking or at your appointment. We accept card and cash. Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable unless rescheduled with proper notice. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and booking confirmation is received. 

Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and store all patient information securely. Your data will only be shared with your consent or to coordinate medical care.

Health & Safety

We follow strict hygiene and infection control protocols. Patients with contagious conditions may need to reschedule for the safety of staff and other patients.

Medical Disclosure / Consultation

Please provide accurate health information. Treatments are based on this information, and patients may be referred to a GP or dermatologist if needed.

Treatment Policy

Consultations and treatments are personalised. Results vary. Treatments may include tailored formulations in collaboration with a compounding chemist for conditions such as alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, androgenetic alopecia, and inflammatory scalp disorders.

Children / Minors

Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some treatments may not be suitable for minors.
